At New Holland Agriculture, the Supply Chain Analytics Coop will design and implement prediction models using artificial intelligence optimizing order management, demand planning and industry forecast which has a direct impact on the day-to-day business process and relationship with dealers, suppliers and service providers. Liaising with information and communication system and New Holland Sales Organization, to ensures proper priority and delivery of forecast models, dashboards and process change based on continuous improvement.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement industry prediction models focused on product mix improvement and coverage to make industry recommendations based on market intelligence and statistical models.
  • Implement artificial intelligence to correlate price/programs with sales (retails)with focus on customize future programs based on data analysis, optimal spending and return of investment.
  • Create mathematical model with focus on process red flag screening, on all aspects of dealer order life cycle: production allocation, meeting required delivery dates, order priorities within industrial constraints, order configuration changes, drive resolution of credit issues, etc.
  • Create order cycle forecast KPIs and dashboards in various levels (operational, tactical and executive) to proactively identify and fix misalignments with plan.
  • Work closely with marketing, price and programs, and manufacturing to ensure proper alignment with project objective.


Required Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have experience with the following:

Education:
Currently pursuing PHD/MBA/Master's in Supply Chain and Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

Additional Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain and information systems academic projects, including forecasting models, data mining, analytics, and operations optimization with demonstrated experience in "R" and Python, including development, use of forecasting and prediction models.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven knowledge with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel Solver and VBA.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solver mindset and proven track record performing well in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities; ability to be flexible and resilient.
  • Proven experience effectively delivering impactful projects in fast-moving environment
  • Previous experience on Qlik Sense and or Microsoft Azure a big plus.
