Job Summary:

Base Pay + Bonus and commission each month ($1,000-$2,000)

Full Time schedule Monday-Friday (Flexible Hrs)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Our Customer Service Reps are responsible for making outbound calls to customers to discuss delinquent accounts
• Negotiate Payments and notate account

Skills:

• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working a computer and talking over the phone at the same time

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
