MBA Summer Internship Program

Program Structure:

The MBA Internship Program is just that - a program committed to growing the future leaders of Kraft Heinz who will join us on our journey to transform an industry. In this program, you will have the opportunity to add value from day one, making real decisions that will drive our strategic plan.

You will start with a cohort of other ambitious MBA Interns to learn directly from Kraft Heinz Leaders, understand our strategic business priorities and meet our Executive Leaders. You will be adding value from day one, doing real work, and delivering real results.

Your project placement will be based on preference, our strategic priorities and where you will be coached and mentored by our strongest Leaders in the following areas of the business:

  • Operations
    • Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Logistics, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement
  • Finance
    • Revenue Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Business Intelligence, Customer Finance, Accounting and Supply Chain Finance
  • Sales
    • Key Accounts, Category Business Development, E-commerce, Retail & Away from Home (Foodservice)
  • Marketing
    • Brand Management, Innovation, Brand Communication, Social Media, Consumer Insights, New Ventures, Omni Channel Shopper Marketing
  • Corporate Functions:
    • People & Performance, Environmental Social Governance, Strategy & Transformation, Agile and Digital

At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to present your project and results to our North American Leadership team. This program is a direct pipeline to our MBA Leadership Program after graduation.

Qualifications:

  • You have completed your first year of MBA program and eligible to work Summer of 2023. You will be returning to complete the remainder of your MBA program post internship
  • Ability to work as a team - Energize self and others

  • Ability and willingness to relocate
