Primary Responsibilities: - Dial out to up to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted us via one of our marketing avenues - Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards - Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems
Qualifications:- - High School diploma or equivalent - Minimum 4 years of customer service experience - Previous call center experience a plus but not required - Sales mindset and metrics driven - Ability to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends - Must live in Indiana or Ohio to be considered for this position - equipment pick will happen in Carmel, IN. - Must have minimum of 100 mbps download speeds and 10 mbps upload speeds for internet

Schedule: - Work from home! - Must be able to work some morning and evenings shifts, and one weekend shift every week. - Must have the ability to work until 10:30pm at least ONCE a week. - Days off will not be consecutive - Must be available to work during operating hours: Monday-Friday: 7:50am-10:30pm, Weekends--8:50am-8pm
