JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Provide timely response of all trouble calls. Diagnose and repair and / or do preventive maintenance on equipment and facility. Document tasks completed.

* Maintain building in good condition.

* Help in other areas as needed and / or time allows.

* Light fabrication when needed.

* Basic electrical repairs and installation.

* Basic plumbing repairs and installation.

* Maintain good communication practices between all leads and management.

* Assist with training of employees.

* Report all unsafe operating conditions, practices and personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic mathematical and writing skills. Requires strong leadership and decision making qualities. Must be able to follow and give directions under minimum supervision. Good Telephone etiquette and basic computer skills. Be flexible to handle multiple tasks at one time. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and with others. Have an understanding of high level quality standards. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to bend and twist frequently at a 40 to 90 degree angle. Ability to climb ladders and stairs up to 12 feet in height. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet.

Requires a basic plumbing and electrical knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to follow managements lead to reach the companies goals. Must have working knowledge of local and national codes for plumbing, electrical and sanitation. Must have exceptional knowledge of all machinery and be able to repair and operate if necessary.
