Job Description


The Human Capital Intern will focus on recruitment and will have the opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts and gain valuable insights in the human resource profession.

This person would work full-time hours during the summer with part-time hours through the fall school semester.

Human Capital Intern Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating job postings against job descriptions by posting on the company website and various channels including social media, job boards and university partnerships.
  • Support the team in reviewing resumes and assessing candidate qualifications.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews as well as creating interview questions for the hiring team.
  • Help maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system and Brennan management system.
  • Assist with partnering with universities to attend recruitment events.
  • Back up Human Capital Operations Manager with other human capital needs

Human Capital Intern Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior office or internship experience within HR preferred.
  • Experience in working with confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, on computers and other electronic devices
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a self-starter, highly organized, and creative.
  • Superior time management and organizational capabilities, including the ability to accurately benchmark project length and deliver on deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize at a moment's notice.
