This position will support the Management team by providing accurate daily reports and invoices utilizing 7-Eleven's Vendor Terminal System (VTS) and Intelligrated Datria Equipment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accurately completes 7-Eleven invoices in a timely manner so they are printed and ready to go before daily routes are scheduled to dispatch.
  2. Efficiently completes all daily/weekly reporting for 7-Eleven and communicates to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  3. Promptly answers all telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner and directs all calls to the proper individual.
  4. Performs customer service function to include professionally handling customer and employee calls and concerns.
  5. Assists in warehouse environment when needed by performing audits, verifying tote presentation, pulling and/or receiving vendor orders, backing up warehouse receiving process, etc.
  6. Coordinates facility events and market events, including ordering food and providing adequate communication.
  7. Willingly performs any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Supervisor on duty.
EDUCATION, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, SPECIALIZED SKILL OR KNOWLEDGE
  • Require accurate data entry and strong computer skills
  • Previous experience in learning other software/systems a plus.
  • Must speak and understand the English language.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work within an office environment, as well as a warehouse environment where temperatures can fluctuate from 35-degrees to 73-degrees.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced autonomous environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, turn, twist, reach, pull and push.
  • Must have the ability to learn multiple software systems, including but not limited to; 7-Eleven's VTS and Intelligrated Datria and UltiPro HRIS.
  • Must be at an intermediate skill level of the Microsoft Office Package to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with and professionally present and train on information to CDC customers and employees.
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, act professionally and maintain information confidentiality.
KNOWLEDGE OF EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY USED
  • Computer with various software packages
  • International Telemetrics (OBC) reporting/analytics
  • 7-Eleven's Vendor Terminal System (VTS)
  • Intelligrated Datria pick/put to voice system
