Position Responsibilities

We are looking for star consultants who want an opportunity to join an up and coming team within Deltek Global Consulting. In this brand new role, you will be responsible for the success and speed of onboarding new customers and upgrading current customers to Vantagepoint, a Deltek ERP Solution. If you like problem solving and meeting new people, this position is for you. As a Launch Care Consultant you will not only be leading new customers through their implementation process, you will be a major contributing factor to their success in deploying their new system and partnership with Deltek.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in implementing or upgrading to Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Understand accounting principles and their application to Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Present training sessions via scheduled meetings, group classes, or one-on-one consulting
  • Work within budget and time frame requirements for completion of each project
  • Communicate project status information to project team and Delivery Director
  • Troubleshoot customer issues through support case

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $57000.00 - $85500.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
