Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Replenishment Manager to join our Sales team! In this role, your main responsibility will be to oversee and optimize the supply chain and inventory management processes for key partners. You will work closely with internal teams, including demand planning and supply, to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of products. Additionally, you will collaborate with external vendors and distributors to maintain effective communication and streamline the replenishment process.

This is a HYBRID role reporting into our Bentonville, AR office. Monday & Friday's are remote.

A Day in the Life...

* Assist team in partnering with Demand Planning and Supply teams to appropriately manage Walmart orders from creation to delivery to Walmart Distribution Centers. * Review warehouse and store-level inventory levels to ensure we meet or exceed Walmart and Sam's Club in-stock expectations. * Track, maintain, archive and communicate internal reporting on key metrics, including on time and in full (OTIF), instocks, inventory, sales and forecast accuracy. * Review lead times and make adjustment recommendations to Walmart and Sam's Club as needed to improve OTIF compliance. * Proactively lead cross-functional team meetings and communication to achieve Walmart and Sam's Club On Time and Full Objectives. * Set up New items in Walmart and Sam's Club system utilizing current customer item setup process. * Monitor items and request item maintenance, as needed, to ensure Walmart and Sam's Club item setup accuracy. * Support team in preparing for and participate in, as needed, meetings with Walmart and Sam's Club. * Manage Walmart and Sam's Club unsaleables, including required internal and external communication. * Help team manage and communicate stock changes and modular end of life to mitigate inventory excess and shortages. * Utilize Sam's Club CoManaged System for ordering and replenishment. * Leader on team for packaging changes in coordination with sales, customer, and internal counterparts to ensure smooth transitions and Ocean Spray compliance to customer. * Conduct broadening tasks as assigned by the Sales Team Leader or Director of Sales.

What We Are Looking For:

* CPG experience within Replenishment and or Supply * Proficient in Retail Link and or POS reporting software

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 5 Years of Experience
