The Warehouse Lead/Returns Logistics Specialist will play an integral part in providing leadership and oversight to the warehouse and ensuring the proper documentation and identification of all contract and warranty service parts, and consumable material being returned from our customers and Field Service Technicians.

The Warehouse Lead/Returns Logistics Specialist will play an integral part in providing leadership and oversight to the warehouse and ensuring the proper documentation and identification of all contract and warranty service parts, and consumable material being returned from our customers and Field Service Technicians.
What you will be doing
- Provide team leadership and promote warehouse safety.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and coordinate logistical processes.
- Properly identify and process incoming material returns, and ensure paperwork and systems transactions are completed.
- Process all Return Material Authorizations (RMA) activities to ensure timely customer credits while protecting company interests.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide material feedback to continuously improve and maintain standards and procedures.
- Prepare required paperwork for return of unused, warranty and repairable material.
- Maintain a neat, organized working area.
- Perform other duties as assigned to include:
- Shipping
- Receiving
- Cycle counts
- Warehouse maintenance
- Capable of pushing, pulling and/or lifting 50+ pounds during the workday.
- Work on your feet and be capable of standing, walking, bending and/or reaching throughout the workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Effective communication with internal and external customers
- Flexibility to adapt with changing requirements
- Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
- Familiarity with SAGE/MAS and Astea
- Safety conscience
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous, relevant experience including military
- Monday thru Friday, hours vary between 9:00am to 7:30pm
- After hours on call via rotation
- Overtime as needed

Salary and Benefits
$50,000-$60,000/yr
Total compensation includes base salary and bonus opportunity, plus additional compensation for on call rotation. Also: 401k with match, medical/dental/vision group benefits, life insurance and company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage.
