Receptionist, Part-Time, Easton, PA

Starting hourly rate of $14.00/hour, must be available to work on Sunday and Tuesday.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This position focuses on answering and responding to guest phone calls and emails while providing excellent guest service.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently meets all guest satisfaction measures.
  • Provides an exceptional telephone experience to guests with an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Answers general emails with professional communication to assist guests with their questions.
  • Supports management team as needed with group bags, souvenir items, and employee daily communications.
  • Supports group sales as needed with signage, mailings and follow up calls as needed.
  • Follows established policies to address guest service, safety issues, first aid and evacuation procedures.
  • Promotes goodwill and brand loyalty by consistently projecting a positive image of The Crayola Experience and the Crayola brand.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma Preferred.
  • Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Customer service experience and basic computer skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and understand cash registers and cash handling procedures.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Must have retail sales experience and capable of working with the public in a retail environment.
  • Position requires physical duties involving regularly lifting fixture parts and cartons weighing up to 40 pounds.
