SRG Global is looking for a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our team in Morehead, KY!
In this role you will direct technicians to perform repairs and troubleshoot machinery that includes injection molding machines, robots, downstream automation, and plant support equipment.

What You Will Do
- Lead and strategically manage the Maintenance department and all maintenance-related activities
- Manage the design and build of automation systems to meet the demand of new and existing product lines
- Implement project management practices to ensure equipment is always in a dependable state of readiness
- Organize, coordinate, and lead project team to successfully meet project objectives
- Manage the diagnosis of equipment problems, determine repair/replacement needs of machinery, tear down, repair/replace defective parts and reassemble equipment
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience leading and managing a Maintenance/ Reliability department
- Project Management experience
- Experience maintaining hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial level electrical / PLC's
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in an automotive environment Implementation of innovative
- Automation experience
- Experience with plastic injection molding equipment
- Experience with injection and robot painting
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering
