The Experience Events Specialist Involves the planning and organizing of event activities, including managing logistics such as facilities, tickets,audience management activities, concessionaires, caterers, and vendors, and facilitation of communication and serviceswith speakers and facility maintenance staff; or provides technical support of these activities. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSSix years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus two years of related experience/training
Experience and proven success demonstrating workingknowledge of concepts, principles and practices of eventplanning and production and public relations.
Ability to produce high quality work, keep commitments and meet deadlines. Productive in work volume, speed, quality and consistency.

Annual Full Pay Range: $56,700 - $97,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $27.16 - $46.70
