Senior Manager, Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Dallas TX. Support clients with enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. Help clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to modernize their HR business processes around core HR, Benefits, Payroll/T&L, Recruiting, Talent Management, compensation, and Learning, along with numerous other processes. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Identify and research opportunities for new/existing clients. Coach and supervise teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Business processes improvement, including but not limited to, utilizing the following Oracle application packaged modules: Oracle Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft,CC&B, Siebel, and/or Hyperion;
•  Designing and deploying technical components for successful Oracle Solutions such as FRICEW (Fast Formulas, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow) design and development or Oracle Applications DBA; and
•  Configuring Oracle HCM software to meet technical requirements to develop client solutions.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
