Overview

A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.

Summary:

CP Marine, LLC is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to provide on-site support to the B-2 Weapons System Support Center (WSSC) at Tinker AFB, OK. In this role, you will be involved with a variety of projects and technical challenges on critical mission systems and will work both independently and as part of a skilled team. Effective communication skills are essential for this position, and the right person will be able to confidently communicate with management, technical and non-technical audiences. A willingness and ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies is critical. We are looking for team player, focused and eager to expand their technical expertise in the software engineering field. Travel is unexpected but may be required. This position requires work on site at Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations.
  • Maintains the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
  • Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.
  • Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Develop and maintain software applications written in C#.
  • Write SQL queries for data mining.
  • Perform data validation and data transfer, using existing scripts.
  • Manage IIS server instances.
  • Provide Configuration Management (CM) control of software releases.
  • Manage and perform NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated competency in managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing work throughout the contract lifecycle, writing or reviewing project management documentation (including project charters, project management plan, problem-solving, and risk mitigation and management
  • Demonstrated mastery and skill in applying the theory, concepts, practices, and techniques consistent with the project management principles
  • Demonstrated skill in communicating and working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including technical and professional staff at various levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships with business and technical groups
  • Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently
  • Assist Oracle dba

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field with 5 years of experience or 8 years with no degree
  • Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF) or Joint Architecture Reference Model (JARM)
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification or equivalent DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification
  • Experience performing RMF and ATO processes.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen Education
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Visual Studio using MVC
  • Experience using SQL language particularly in Oracle
  • Experience using C# programming language
  • Experience with IIS administration
  • Experience using PowerShell
  • Experience using jQuery/JavaScript
  • Experience with designing User Interfaces
