Sierra Space-based in Louisville, CO with operations in Madison, WI, Durham, NC, Huntsville, AL, Houston, TX, and Kennedy Space Center, FL-designs and manufactures the Dream Chaser spaceplane and other advanced spacecraft, commercial space destinations, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers, and international organizations.
Must-haves:
* Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, instructional or graphic design, or related field of study, and typically six (6) years of related work experience; higher level degree may substitute for experience.
* Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* Extensive knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult Learning principles
* Experience managing high level stakeholders and SMEs
* Extensive experience managing training projects from analysis to evaluation
* Experience creating compliance or process training in a highly regulated environment
* Extensive working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate)
* Experience with LMSes (Workday, Cornerstone, etc.)
Preferred:
* Master's degree in education, psychology, instructional or graphic design, or related field of study
* Learning or Instructional Design Certificate (e.g. Adult Learning Certificate, ATD Instructional Design Certificate, etc.)
* Experience with audio and/or video production* Background in needs analysis and evaluation of training effectiveness

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
$79,264.96 - $118,897.45Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
