Candidates will be hired as Temporary Employees; while on Temporary Employee status, employees will be eligible for 401K, basic medical coverage after 90 days of employment, paid holidays, referral bonuses, and an Employee Assistance Program. Temporary Employee can be hired on as Permanent Employees at any time during their first year of employment.

Here's what you'll do when you join our team:

• We have a lot of different jobs that work together to make our superior, great looking, functional truck bed covers.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude, a commitment to quality, and we will train you!
• For starters, we value everyone's ideas and inputs. We want all your talents. Part of your job will be helping us get even better at what we do.
• We precision build our truck bed covers using hand tools, high quality components, and your high attention to detail
• Quality, Quality, Quality! Every employee, at every step, ensures we remain the best at what we do. Retrax stands for quality.
• Safety. This is a really big deal at Retrax. If it's not safe, we don't do it. We care about one-another. We wear all necessary items to protect ourselves.
• A lot of handcrafting goes into making our terrific covers. Our jobs do require some bending and elbow grease, with the occasional lifting and transporting of products up to 30lbs using safe lifting techniques.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
