Job Summary

The Senior Director of Financial Operations will be an integral member of the supply chain and procurement mangement team, working closely with leaders across Altice to shape our supply chain operational strategy. This leader will report to the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and will manage a team of finance and planning professionals dedicated to finding efficiencies and opportunities in our fulfillment, planning, and procurement operations spanning mobile phone, network & installation materials, and customer equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Own and communicate the financial plan for the organization across a variety of cross-functional disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain short and long-term expense planning models to assist in weekly/monthly/quarterly financial updates to the company, providing decision support and strategic analysis.
  • Forecast and manage costs for a variety of areas across the Supply Chain, including FWD/REV Distribution, Repair, Transportation, and Personnel.
  • Lead in-depth financial, variance, and trending analysis.
  • Build expense models in the business and drive analytical support.
  • Provide financial support in assisting in business case creation of capital investments for Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Partner with cross-functional business partners to align financial plans to long term strategy by coordinating planning/analytics, engineering, and operations objectives
  • Develop a robust Supplier Engagement process to ensure quality of product and operations
Qualifications
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Leadership experience in the Financial Analysis, Planning, Operations, and general financial accounting principles
  • Track record of identifying key questions; defining, performing, and coordinating analyses; and communicating findings
  • Ability to effectively engage & influence across all levels of the organization,
  • Critical thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal, skills
  • Ability to lead projects with cross functional teammates at all levels
  • Desire to look for answers in unlikely places, sometimes challenging the status-quo to make things better
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • In depth understanding of Enterprise Finance Applications (ie. SAP, Oracle)

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00-$230,265.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
