CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Power & Manufacturing - Advanced Energy/Asset Management Team at our office in Lansdale, PA.

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and oversight of projects within the group. The professional in this role applies creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems. Moreover, the Sr. Project Manager helps sell/develop work with specific clients, interfaces with the market, client and project teams, manages strategic-level projects and assigned Key and CLAD-level client accounts.

The Sr. Project Manager provides Business Practice Leaders, Project Growth Leaders, and Project Team Leaders support and assistance with daily operations (project, personnel and facility) along with monitoring and improvement of business related KPI's. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager assesses and thoroughly understands all project risks and applicable financial measures.

REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Planning, Engineering Management or related degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years' experience required with at least 10 years' project management experience
  • PE or equivalent professional license preferred PMP Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships
  • Consulting industry experience highly preferred
  • Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and project closeout documents for projects required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite required
  • Experience understanding and interpreting client contract requirements
  • Experience utilizing problem-solving skills, exercising discretion, and making independent judgments required
  • Experience managing project accounting processes to include project budgeting, forecasts and cash management required
  • Experience managing client relationships with investor owned utilities is highly preferred
  • Ability to track and oversee multiple projects simultaneously required
  • An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups required
  • Strong written communication skills, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6, Deltek Vision preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed required
SALARY RANGE:

$138,000 - $177,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
