The Parts Inventory Analyst is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
Process and review daily or weekly of all branch stock orders
Upload stock orders to supplier order entry system
Review, analyze and complete inventory reports as assigned
Review and generate vendor returns for all vendors
Maintain log for all returns
Review inventory of each branch's inventories to ensure adequate stock
Review and reconcile open parts claims with branches and vendors for prompt payment
Assist branch locations with any inventory and expediting issues
Assist branch locations to ensure open order listing is current
Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience
G.E.D. or High School Diploma
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Must have a working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the Company
Must conform to company policies and procedures set forth by the company
Must protect the company assets and interest
Must have current driver's license and proof of insurance. (ONLY IF JOB REQUIRES)
Must be able to lift 50lb., bend and twist several times daily (ONLY IF JOB REQUIRES)
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, days and weekends (AS NECESSARY).
Must be computer literate, windows based experience preferred (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
Must be dependable and able to work independently
Must maintain good client relations and professional appearance
Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment
Must accurately follow written and verbal instructions
Must count accurately and write legibly
Musts work quickly and accurately with part numbers
Must meet minimum performance standards for all assignments
Must attend monthly safety meetings and observe all safety rules
Must be able to resolve problems with part numbers and quantity questions
Working Conditions:
Typical hours of work Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
