Job Description

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Resolves complex business and customer concerns.
  • Develops and manages the annual operating budget; plans for system and tool improvements.
  • Identifies broad customer trends; works with cross functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Develops and monitors operations of the customer service including policies and procedures, operating structure, and work flow; ensures the volume of work produced meets company standards and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Drives continuous improvement; identifies and directs the changes and improvements necessary to meet business goals and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
  • Other duties as required.

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

Required

  • Four year college or university degree in Business or related field.

or equivalent education and/or experience.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Business or related field.

Experience:

Required

  • Six or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.

Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge:

Required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate at the leadership level.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
