PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE JOB:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas

Conduct daily inspections, briefings and schedule meetings with employees

Assist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees

Assist with administrative functions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

2+ years of prior relevant experience in Environmental Services

PREFERRED:

6+ months of prior relevant experience in guest services or guest contact position

Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment
