JOIN THE SHOW: Aria Resort & Casino is hiring a dynamic Casino Count Team Manager with expertise in cash handling, gaming regulations, and strong organizational skills. As the team leader, you'll manage the counting of Table Games, Poker, Slots, and Poker Drop results, overseeing Soft Count and Hard Count rooms for the overnight shift..

We are seeking a candidate experienced in leading and motivating a dedicated team, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in basic mathematical operations is essential. Join our team for a challenging yet rewarding role in casino operations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage daily operations and departmental performance.
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure effective use of labor while delivering required service.
  • Manage P&L statements.
  • Manage Human Resources responsibilities to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment; compliance with company and department policies, and legal requirements.
  • Oversees all counts and drops performed.
  • Distributes all count-related reports to accounting.
  • Ensures compliance with Gaming Commission minimum internal controls and regulations.
  • Develops and updates departmental training manuals.
  • Ensures compliance with departmental and overall property policies and procedures.
  • Ensures all job activities and job duties are performed within the established
  • Generates reports and verifies all data.
  • Develops and fosters an environment of teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Either a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent management experience.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?

  • Previous Count Room Management Experience is a similar resort setting.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff; understand and comply with all gaming, company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment with an impeccable time management.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Gaming Registration Required.
