Position Details:
- Salary: $73,000 - $87,000 per year
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of Manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor, lead, and make decisions
- Experience with composites, GD&T, material specification, manufacturing techniques
- Previous project management experience
- Occasional mobility within the office or plant environment
