Position Details:
  • Salary: $73,000 - $87,000 per year
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll take charge of developing and implementing cost-effective designs and manufacturing processes. You'll also spearhead improvements to products, processes, and controls, managing projects, resolving issues, and training employees. Your role includes conducting research, designing, and developing manufacturing processes and tools, evaluating production flow, coordinating product launches, and assessing outcomes. Additionally, you'll provide engineering solutions, monitor project progress and budget adherence, and foster positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of Manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor, lead, and make decisions
  • Experience with composites, GD&T, material specification, manufacturing techniques
  • Previous project management experience
  • Occasional mobility within the office or plant environment
