Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a liaison between Sales Representatives, Operation Teams, Accounting, and Vendors to meet customer needs and requirements.
  • On a daily basis, you will be responsible for entering orders, facilitating inventory meetings with the customer, sending order acknowledgments to your customers then following up to ensure they meet their expectations.
  • Coordinate solutions to issues elevated from the sales representative and customers and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain and expand sales of current customers by understanding the company's capabilities and services, then conducting in-depth customer needs assessments to offer them a solution to a problem, a way to increase service, or to make their product further stand out.
  • Proactively identify any problems with the policies or procedures that may have an adverse effect on our customers or our ability to provide them with exceptional customer service. Provide alternative solutions to those problems.
  • Compile reporting as your customer, sales, operations, or management requests.

Your Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to connect meaningfully and establish relationships with multiple organizational levels
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex tasks and projects while holding colleagues accountable for on-time deliverables, escalating as appropriate

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Experience in a printing or manufacturing environment
