The Business Development Representative will work in an enriching, collaborative environment where we create opportunities for learners and celebrate successes. Sales team members help educators optimize the use of MH digital products for improved student outcomes. Our team takes pride in being adaptable, leaning into continuous learning, and always driving for results. We are looking for a team member who is highly organized, can independently problem solve, and brings perserverance to their work.
Candidates must reside near or within reasonable travel distance to Dubuque, Iowa or Chicago, Illinois.

The pay range for this position is between $42,000- $45,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. A sales commission is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
