GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
The Anchan Lab is seeking a research assistant for basic science research involving stem cell-based therapeutics for infertility, mechanisms of endometriosis, and more. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience (or coursework equivalent) in biological research, but all are welcome to apply. Translational and clinical studies also take place in the lab, providing the opportunity for interaction with patients.
Working under the supervision of Dr. Raymond Anchan (PI), Dr. Sona Relovska (post-doc), and relevant lab staff, the research assistant will aid with research studies. May be responsible for the following activities: designing and performing experiments, organizing and analyzing study data, completing IRB documentation, conducting patient surveys, updating and maintaining data generated by the study, maintaining regulatory documentation, and tracking expenditures.
