Summary: The Service Technical and Project Support Specialist will be responsible for training and support of Field Service Engineers and Service Personnel. Primary training and support will be for Remote Assist, Microsoft Hololens, Mazak Technical Library, and the Learning Management System.

Scope and Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
* Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
* Develop written and/or video procedures for the proper use of Vuforia Chalk
* Coordinate with PTC (Vuforia Chalk supplier) on updates and new features of Vuforia Chalk
* Develop written and/or video procedures for proper use of Microsoft Hololens and accompanying applications such as D365 Guides and Microsoft Remote Assist
* Coordinate with I.T. Department to update the Mazak Technical Library to a cloud solution
* Coordinate with the Training Department to assist in development of e-Learning content for the Learning Management System.
* Edit and enhance e-Learning content developed by the Training Department and other departments
Education/Certification:
* High School diploma or equivalent is required
* Bachelor's degree is preferred
Skills:
* Technical publications
* Experience in developing training materials involving various media types
* Technical support experience
* Background in CNC Machine Tools is preferred

Qualifications

Experience
2 years: Technical Support experience (required)
2 years: Experience in developing training materials involving various media types (required)
2 years: Experience in technical publications (required)
