Job Description

Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team and be based out in our Latin America Region. The Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Marketing to create a strategic marketing strategy for Latin America and map out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.

Marketing & Communications

  • Ensuring customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with writers and graphic designers to create advertising content.
  • Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
  • Support Marketing Team in branding the Latin American offices.
  • Media content development.

Proposal Management

  • Coordination and support of Latin America Proposal efforts.
  • Collaboration with US proposal team.
  • Proposal load leveling across Latin America.
  • Quality standards adherence.
  • Process and resource efficiency and standardization.
  • Proposal statistics and analysis.
  • Resume and project profile creations, updates, and data sharing.
  • Proposal-related competitor analysis.
  • Marketing collateral creation.
  • Support and contribute to the continual improvement of proposal procedures and processes.
  • Work with staff to support development of Marketing Collateral and maintain information in centralized storage system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, advertising, or a related field; required
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing in the engineering consulting industry; required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, required. Portuguese fluency desired but not required
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat; Proficiency with InDesign is desired
  • All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

Working conditions:

Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
