Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly work-in-process
- Hold monthly work-in-process meeting to determine accurate budgets
- Assist with monthly job reviews, pre-qualifications, closings, and post-mortems
- Track RAC warranty work orders
- Receive and process timesheets; review to ensure completion; enter data into Jonas Payroll system and Labor Breakdown
- Complete weekly prevailing wage reports; backup
- Complete monthly utilization
- reporting; backup
- Prepare monthly union dues; backup
- Review and process contracts
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Requirements
- At least two years of accounting experience. Construction accounting background preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
