Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare monthly work-in-process
Hold monthly work-in-process meeting to determine accurate budgets
Assist with monthly job reviews, pre-qualifications, closings, and post-mortems
Track RAC warranty work orders
Receive and process timesheets; review to ensure completion; enter data into Jonas Payroll system and Labor Breakdown
Complete weekly prevailing wage reports; backup
Complete monthly utilization
reporting; backup
Prepare monthly union dues; backup
Review and process contracts
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Requirements
At least two years of accounting experience. Construction accounting background preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
