Position Summary:

The Boundary Protection Engineer shall support Boundary Protection. ANG NOS Boundary Protection manages the following:

- ANGEN Palo Alto Firewalls devices

- ANGEN Bluecoat Web Proxy devices

- Sidewinder Firewall devices

- ANGEN HP Switch devices

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must have at least 3+ years of related professional IT experience commensurate with tasks outlined in this service area.

- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Palo-Alto firewall appliances or similar firewall platforms.

- Experience with Switch configuration and troubleshooting

- Experience with Log Analysis tools.

- Experience with Bluecoat web proxy or similar web proxy application.

- Must have a DoD 8570.01 IAT Level 1 certification: either Net+ or CCNA certification

- Must have either an Administrator for Blue Coat Proxy SG Certification or one of the following Palo Alto Networks certifications: Accredited Configuration Engineer (ACE), PCCSA, or PCCET.

Required Clearance:

Must hold an active Secret Security clearance.
