An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Regional Operations Manager reporting to Aires West Coast Region.

This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to support the General Manager in meeting the operational needs of the office and contribute to overall efficiency and productivity by assisting internal operations teams in fulfilling their responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages the transferee facing operations team. Acts as a subject matter expert, coach and mentor. Participates in hiring, development, performance management, and other employment functions for the team.
  • Serves as a point of escalation for all operational issues. Facilitates solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Acts as a communication leader within the team and across the department to achieve collaboration and deliver results.
  • Actively solves operational problems and provides solutions for improvement.
  • Ensures the quality of work and maintains a productive environment.
  • Participates in development of staffing and budget solutions.
  • Supports Quality, Environmental, Security and Privacy programs by promoting adherence to policies.
  • Responds to after-hours issues/problems and escalates to the appropriate parties.
  • Carries caseload as necessary. Typically VIP or high-impact files.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relocation industry operations/consulting experience
  • 5-10 years of management experience
  • 5-10 years of customer service experience
  • Team Lead experience required
  • CRP & GMS preferred
  • Demonstrated supervisory ability, including experience leading and mentoring a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with management, operations team and key accounts.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
